Vizzionnary Brands was founded in 2018 by Joe Robert Thornton. The company provides business consulting, executive coaching, and public speaking services. At Vizzionnary Brands, we define leadership as: using inspiration… to create vision… that generates action… and produces results.

Vizzionnary Brands is based on the philosophy that leadership is comprised of two components- art and science. Art being the inspiration, the expression, the subjectivity, and the pragmatism of leadership. Leaders must be able to create a compelling vision and possess storytelling skills that engage their teams. Science being academia, the processes, the objectivity, and facts needed for leadership. Leaders must also be able to translate vision into real actions and ultimately, deliver results.

Vizzionnary Brands is focused on providing tools that support both the art and science of leadership. Vizzionnary Brands is also about continuous improvement. We look at problem identification as a good thing and we believe that as you solve problems, you become better at solving future problems.
